High-pressure containers are widely used in modern industries, including chemical industry, oil, nuclear power, aviation and many other fields. As pressure vessels various fields, it will face a more complex changeable working environment. the effects of media environment fatigue stress cause defects, which greatly affect normal work container. Therefore, this article conducts static analysis surface with cracks on through finite element numerical simulation method, analyzing rules crack expansion impact life vessels. Research results: The container was stretched vertically under load 10MPa, maximum deformation occurred at top ellipse sealed head, 1.63mm; value does not occur container, but occurs crack, is 538.18MPa; minimum safety factor coefficient cloud diagram 0.50, located crack. intensity has great high -pressure containers. It needs to be checked regularly ensure safe operation equipment.
